Responsibilities: Sales, Business Development, Hitting Sales and Business Development targets quarterly and yearly. You will be responsible for full sales cycle (from lead generation, negotiations, closing and retention). You will be accountable for leadership of the business along with on-going growth & sales strategies.


• Selling ERP Solutions, Cloud Solutions to C-Level and Decision makers

• Identifying new sales leads achieve growth and hit sales targets and developing sales goals

• Design strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence, developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing relationships with clients, partnering with them, understanding their needs and inspiring potential clients

• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, sales skills development, product knowledge and sales training

• Maximising new business development opportunities, Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

• Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities

• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
